Products
Each artwork is an original work unless otherwise stated. Due to the handmade nature of original artworks, slight variations, textures, and colours may occur. While every effort is made to display artworks accurately, colours may vary depending on your screen settings.
Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices exclude shipping unless otherwise indicated.
Payment
Payments are securely processed through approved third-party payment providers, including Payfast. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order and will provide a full refund if payment has already been received.
Shipping
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and Refunds
Original artworks are carefully inspected before dispatch. If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of both the artwork and its packaging.
Unless required by applicable consumer protection law, original artworks are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, photographs, text, and website content remain the intellectual property of L'Atelier Geneve and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, L'Atelier Geneve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of artworks.

Any personal information collected through this website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African privacy legislation.
