Original Artworks

Each artwork sold by L'Atelier Geneve is an original work of art. Due to the unique nature of original artworks, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind.

Damage During Transit

Every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure that each artwork is professionally packaged and prepared for safe transport.

In the unlikely event that an artwork is damaged during transit, please notify L'Atelier Geneve within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the artwork, the packaging, and the shipping label.

Where damage has occurred during transit, L'Atelier Geneve will lodge a claim with the appointed courier on the purchaser's behalf and will work diligently to facilitate the claims process.

As delivery is carried out by an independent courier service, the outcome of any claim is subject to the courier's assessment and terms of carriage. While every effort will be made to assist in resolving the matter promptly and fairly, compensation or reimbursement is subject to the courier's approval and applicable insurance coverage.

Optional Shipping Insurance

Every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure that each artwork is professionally packaged for safe transport.

Shipping insurance is not included as standard. Should you wish to insure your shipment against loss or damage in transit, please contact L'Atelier Geneve prior to completing your purchase. Shipping insurance can be arranged at an additional cost, which will be quoted separately and added to your order.

Incorrect Orders

If you accidentally receive a different artwork than ordered, please contact us immediately so we can arrange collection and delivery of the correct item at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after the claim has been finalised.
